Kirk, After you submit some reports, could you please check the Metabase tail log: http://metabase.cpantesters.org/tail/log.txt
(It refreshes every 5 minutes.) If you see your reports there, they aren't "lost" -- they're just getting stuck between the Metabase and the stats/reports server. Barbie and I are working (slowly) on this -- mostly we're both starved for tuits. Yes, this has been going on for a year or more, and yes, we wish we could do more faster. (Latin-speakers, what's the plural of Mea Culpa?)
