I have just had a chance to look at this (after remembering what the hell it was about). It appears that what I thought had fixed it, actually hadn't (because I wasn't checking for the existence of the Build script, though I thought I was). Another change I made at the same time was reverted because it caused too much pain and exposed this flaw. I've just tried it and it does indeed not generate a 'PASS'.
