It might be interesting to force CPAN::Mini::Webserver to set
HTTP::Server::Simple's protocol to "HTTP/1.1" and see if it works with
HTTP::Tiny then.

It may not.  Just because one tells HTTP::Server::Simple to use 1.1 doesn't
mean it actually follows the spec.
