I'm not using Windows for a while already, so I'm not sure if the tar.exe can work together with bzip2 or not. I could skip the tests (maybe with some explanatory message stating that the configuration is broken) but Archive::Tar::Wrapper would be broken anyway, at least when bzip2 is involved. Thanks, Alceu
