I don't know if this root issue has been investigated/addressed yet --
cpantesters reports are now no longer reporting the email address of the
sender, but now are using a metabase uuid. I've been seeing this in all of
my recent reports, which makes it tough to contact the sender to ask them
to fix things..

such as: please could testers set the AUTOMATED_TESTING environment
variable to true? This indicates that a smoker is running the test, rather
than a user performing a normal installation, and it allows me to provide
extra diagnostic information in the case of failure, which helps me find
compatibility issues. (I've had some recent failures where I dump extra
diagnostics when AUTOMATED_TESTING is in place, and I need this to isolate
some issues that I cannot reproduce locally. thank you!)
