na and sv_undef were deprecated in 5.005_03. They are now PL_na and
PL_sv_undef. Although the old forms can still be used in 5.6 via
"perl Makefile.PL POLLUTE=1", and all tests pass then, it would be
better if this module used the recommended forms.
