It's a great package, no doubt about that ... And it's wonderful
that such effort has been put into being able to report test
results so easily ...

or other reasons an author may have ... not wanting to belabour
the point, but one problem I have with this policy is consistency
- on the same system, the grade would depend upon the order used
to test a set of packages.

See Module::Info, which illustrates the difficulty in
doing this reliably ...
