hmmm..... Ok, thanks. I see the problem. You are in the +0200 
timezone and the calculation is being done incorrectly. There is a 9 
hour offset between the time expected and returned above. I 
thought I had that sorted out but I guess not. sigh..... I'll forward 
you a fix to test when I sort it out.
