Test failure due to hardcoded "localtime" in a test file that was not adjusted for the local timezone of the "tester". An updated test is in the new release - version 1.06. My apologies on this one, I should have caught it. A similar bug was reported some months ago in another test routine and fixed, this one was identical as is the fix.
