Hi there,

A small note about NXLucene deployment.

I just updated the installation guide :
http://www.cps-project.org/sections/projects/nxlucene/installation

Mostly, I added note about the GCC version you must use in order to get
minimum troubles with your deployments.

Use gcc 3.4.4, 3.4.5 or 3.4.6 and compile PyLucene-1.9.1 against it. I
advice the use of 3.4.6 for production since the GCC 3.4.4 seem to
produce randomly some weired errors (harmless though)

For your development boxes you can use GCC 4.x if you wanna but *don't*
deploy NXLucene with this version of GCC on production servers.

Don't think this is ok with some other GCC versions as experience shows
that NXLucene can run well for hours before core dumping with other
versions than the ones I mentioned above.

I'm gonna tag a NXLucene 0.9.0 release right now which is now reaching a
fairly good stability after our customer experiences here at Nuxeo.
NXLucene 1.0 is not that far away :)

Cheers,

        J.
