Hello everyone,

since the tagging of CPS 3.5.3, the default branches of our mercurial
repositories are dedicated to the next major release (CPS 3.6), whose main
goal is to catch up the train of current Zope versions.

The first big move is jumping the CMF to 2.1.1 (see #2453) is right now
progressing fast.
We still have lots of broken tests, but the CPS Default application
actually works.

I have issued a new package in our apt repositories :
opt-zope-cps-3.6-devsetup. It is very much like its 3.5 brethen, and
will give you a script to build a working CPS bleeding-edge instance:

$ /opt/cps-3.6/bin/mkcpsdevinstance <INSTANCE-DIR>

About version numbers, I am more and more convinced that 3.6 should stay
on Zope 2.10, support the current distribution standard (eggs +
buildout) plus a few nice features.
Then, a version on Zope >= 2.12 should probably be called 4.0. Opinions ?
