Hi,
This is quite specific (you could chose to create Flexible document or
simple File documents to attach your content to, for instance), so there
is no tool available to describe what to do with your files without coding.
The easiest way to do that would probably be to write a script that goes
through your documents and creates associated CPS documents on the site.
