Could somebody try to reproduce this and if possible indicate a fix

Hi,
I'm not sur I understand what is exactly your problem, but I can explain
how translations and titles of defaut folders interact: when launching
the CPS installer, a new revision is created for each language. The
title to set is taken from the translations provided in po files.
This is a new behaviour since CPS-3.3.5, maybe the problem you're
running into is an upgrade problem?
