Portail Régional des chambres des métiers du Nord et du Pas-de-Calais -

I also found the Fackförbundet ST vid Chalmers Portal (I have no idea what
is written here - I can't read this language (is it German?) -

Well, I would like to learn how to customize CPS to do this, so I have some
basic questions:
- Is this done only through CPSSkins?
If not, how much these portals differ from a stock CPS (v. 3.3.8.1 e.g)?
I mean, how much coding is need to accomplish this? Is it possible to
quantify? Just an idea of how much work is needed!
If yes, is the CPSSkins 'book' enough to learn this? What other doc
should I read/study? I really want to learn this! (The old problem of
documentation arises again :-(
I would like to hear (read) any suggestion about this; it's was very
important to see CPS in a Internet Portal and not only as a Groupware/ECM
(Intranet) application. I have this exactly situation here where we're
planning a portal and CPS is one of the candidates).
