Are you sure that all CPSSharedCalendar components are up to date ?
Did I miss something? Should I take any other actions after running
the upgrades?
Should I move the members folder out of the workspaces?
Since this is a local utility lookup, it's quite a possibility, but
I'm almost sure you'd run into other problems.
