You should use the roles directory to add roles to users. The members dir
should be read-only in your setup now.
I did a checkout on svn to get the latest revision.
Now I get default role 'Member' for every user I search in ldap (I'm loged in
as Zope admin); but, still, nobody can login, except Zope admin.
This is a result from searching users through
ZMI->portal_directories->members->search
You can set the log level to trace for the event.log handler in zope.conf and
try guess what is wrong.
That can also be related to the logged_in skins script. Try to remove the lines
that call setProperties at the end.
