Hi,

thank you both very much. I checked somethings:
Products in the Instance:
CPSCore (Installed product CPSCore (3.36.1-1)) 
CPSDocument (Installed product CPSDocument (0.49.3-1))

I didnt found any needed profiles in portal setup, are there). How do I go
on? Should i try to reinstall the Products? Is this possible without loosing
information and content?
