Good, the meds have kicked in.

My post was silent as to the culpability of the police.  I think that they
have to bear some responsibility.  I also think the person who was
recklessly avoiding arrest bears responsibility as well.  That's the theory
behind felony murder.  Could their be a better law?  Absolutely, but as I
said, I'm not terribly offended by the concept.
