Nether of which says diddly-squat about counter measures that involve
rotating elements, including corner cut reflectors.

Yes, the second reference does say, "...the radiator is the biggest
reflector of radar energy in most cars" which no one has disputed.  It was
mentioned in reference radar absorbing paint and bras, however.
