Which means nothing, making your doohicky corner reflector rotate means
absolutely nothing other than it's in an orientation to reflect the beam
back into the radar gun even less often than if it's fixed.

There is also sections in BOTH you gloss right over that say in clear
language (one even explains the surface area requirement if you'd bothered
to read them) why 'passive' techniques don't work. Your technique is a
'passive' technique. It won't work, you can't get 5 pounds out of a 4
pound knothead.
