No - this concerned difficult negotiations between a local teachers' union 
and the school board officials in Pennsylvania - the phone call occurred in 
May 1993 between the union's president and their chief negotiator. At one 
point on the tape, the union president said "If they're not gonna move for 
three percent, we're gonna have to go to their, their homes . . . To blow 
off their front porches, we'll have to do some work on some of those guys. 
(PAUSES). Really, uh, really and truthfully because this is, you know, this 
is bad news."

The plaintiffs in this case were the union president and the negotiator, 
who sued over the disclosure of the recording of that phone call.
