Dear All, As you might know, the recent guidelines by TRAI limit the number of SMSs one can send per day (amongst other things) This will surely affect community radio stations and indeed, civil society initiatives in general, who have slowly begun to get warmed up to the exciting possibilities mobile telephony offer in terms of convergence.
