Dear all, I had a question regarding community radio stations in Delhi. An organisation known to us - the Delhi Shramik Sanghatan - had applied for a licence (through an affiliated NGO, KISLAY) about three years ago and was told, at the time, that there was no further spectrum available in Delhi. Wouuld this still be the case? Or might they get a more positive response if they filed now?
