 on what a real socialist world would look like, then to put in place 
the appropriate kinds of political organisation that can fight for 
that on an international level. This would be an immense effort and
that is why there would have to be a broad agreement on
goals preceding the discussion of strategy and tactics.'

What do you mean by this? Some international referendum or the 
International Agreement on Real Socialism. Where do you start? Who 
would be included in this large number of people? What would happen 
if they actually agreed on maintaining the staus quo or some even 
more reactionary option?

It all sound nice and democratic and consentual but it is passive and 
ignores the abilty for people to break such an agreement or for 
others to actively oppose it. 

Please could you explain your theory a little more as I cannot see 
how on earth it could work in practice.
