I want to thank you very much for translating this document. It was indeed 
enlightening, and parallels on a far greater scale much of what happened with 
the Savings and Loan banks here in the US in the 1980s; Argentina has surely 
been victimized by those entrusted to protect its best interests. Reading 
this was like re-reading Chomsky: heartbreaking.
Will there be any accounting at all by the culprits, or will they continue to 
slip away?
I guess they are only as guilty as their corporate partners in crime, and who 
will ever bring any of them to justice? They, after all, have ALL the money...
