I Partija rada (Labour Party) with the great worry look at strain of relations between regimes in Beograd (Belgrade), and in Crna Gora (Montenegro). From the very beginning our Party supported efforts of regime in Crna Gora to separate from regime of Slobodan Milosevic, because that is addition in weakening of most powerful nationalism in the Balkans, and because it accelerate crash of regime in Beograd. That is an interest of the people from Srbija (Serbia), of the people from Crna Gora, and all other surrounding peoples. II Partija rada will boycott approaching, so called federal elections. Regime that committed huge crimes over other peoples, and still crush and rob people of Srbija, will not allow to be replaced by ballot box. Partija rada thinks that so called opposition in Srbija is not capable to deal with regime, not just because it is weak and divided, but because opposition is not basically capable to deal with her own nationalism. III Regime of Slobodan Milosevic by his politic allowed and speeds up military expansion of imperialism on the Balkan. Fall of such a regime will create conditions for stronger association of peoples from Balkan, and for their unified resistance to imperialism. Reactionary regimes, as well as opposition between imperialists, can be used for weakening of global power of imperialism. But, that does not change character of such regimes. That is why Partija rada condemn all currents which the fact that Milosevic’s regime came under attack of global system of imperialism use to grant amnesty to regime for committed crimes, for justification of his fascistic nature, and other reasons for his very existence. |
