He's right. Joining in a campaign called for by NATO is just plain stupid,
if it isn't outright deliberate. All Yugoslavs who can't see that there is a
reason that NATO wants Milo out and Kostunica in are currently enamoured in
the beautiful but far too seductive beauty of mass action.
Andrej, you are with Clinton in this one. He wants rid of milosevic as badly
as you do. Isn't there anything to that as far as you are concerned? I know
it is nearly impossible for an Anarchist to think in terms of *defensive
action* rather than *offensive*, but once you (I hope this is un-)
successfully "rid" yourself of Milosevic and the SPS/JUL, you will
understand defense. You might like to believe you currently have enough
power to sweep away Milosevic and then immediately follow this with Nato in
one fell swoop. You don't have that power. Anarchists just are not that
plentiful in Yugoslavia. You will be useful to the DOS in ridding them of
Milosevic, but if you don't fall in line after this event, you will get a
hole between the eyes. And so will your great heroic people's sovereignty.
Tread the path towards paradise at your own peril; you want all the beauty
of "freedom" and socialism all at once. Keep up this path and you will be
left with nothing. Nothing but an empty shell not unlike that of ALL your
neighbours, both former Yugoslav and former Soviet bloc countries. They are
dropping like flies, and it isn't getting better. Anarchists in these
countries supported the overthrow of their distasteful governments too. They
are either dead or unemployed now, currently the surviving are involved in
the IMF fights in Prague. Go there. You cannot stomach defending the
SPS/JUL? Fine. Make yourself useful in the Czech Republic.
