I do not always agree with Jared, but this Robert A. Smith is either really
ignorant of world affairs or is a scoundrel. Not enough people live in
all of Yugoslavia to allow anyone in Yugoslavia to murder a fraction of
the number people the U.S. has murdered in the last 10 years.
