Dear Andrej,
Assalamo-alaikom (it means peace be upon you). Yes I do think Milosovic to
be a monster. But the big one among many others you named. I agree that all
should get united against the biggest gangster that go around freely, and
work for true peace, which can only be obtained after justice is ensured.
Peace without fairplay is not only not lasting but that type of peace is
only obtained in graveyards.
How can we expect justice:
a) When after every major war the victors sit dow to dictate terms of
"peace" to the vanquished. In fact seeds of yet another war are sown in each
so-called peace agreement.
b) I can with confidence state that good 75% of total length of the
inter-state frontiers, world over, are demarcated by cartographers of the
colonialists. If you pick up map of Africa, you will notice that the
cartographers only used rurlaers and pen as instruments for drawing
frontiers that separated domain of one from the other colonial power. The
straight lines with full abandon cannot care to ensure ethnic groups only on
one side of the frontiers. These are yet more deeply sown seeds of blood
letting that African people are experiencing and are blamed for.
c) Humans are the least respected and wanted commodity. The nationalist
states today tolerate minorities within their frontiers only because it is
no more fashionable to depopulate whole continents as a few centuries
earlier. They actually are interested in the land where upon the minorities
reside. Some have coined philosophies of racial and cultural superiority,
Aryans, Isarelites and Brahmans to legalise their puification projects.
