I understand that this is an important issue for some Americans, but what does it
have to do with the topic of CrashL? If you want to make this an American list, no
problem, I'm out.
Besides, I STRONGLY suspect that those things on the elections are posted to
other lists as well. Some would call that crossposting.
BTW, Charles, your other articles is not only wrong on Canada but on Europe about
proportional elections.
