I understand that this is an important issue for some Americans, but what does it
have to do with the topic of CrashL?

CB: The U.S. is the actually existing Evil Empire of the whole world. It has its
sticky little fingers in everywhere, running everything. Clinton rounded up your
country to help bomb Yugoslavia, for example. It's known as imperialism 2000.
You can't save the world from the Crash without destroying the Evil Empire , with its
death star, etc. Unfortunately, you are stuck with our politics as important to you,
because they impact you , and all the other 6 billion on the planet, who we are trying
to get to move to avoid the Crash. It's like if this was 1760, I'd have to keep up
with the French Court.

If you want to make this an American list, no
problem, I'm out.
Besides, I STRONGLY suspect that those things on the elections are posted to
other lists as well. Some would call that crossposting.
BTW, Charles, your other articles is not only wrong on Canada but on Europe about
proportional elections.
