The problem with the Big Bang is simple and most astronomers fail to address
it, namely: What triggered it? One amusing theory is that at second zero the
ten dimensions split. Our world knows four, while the other world knows six.
No-one attempted to conceive the physical possibility of dimensions other
than x, y, z and time.
It is merely a pseudo-scientific spin on creationism. The more obvious
conclusion, supported by recent findings from the Hubble space telescope, is
that our section of the universe, i.e. sub-universe, is expanding while
surrounding sub-universes are contracting and this process may reverse every
few billion years or so. As in many other fields free scientific inquiry,
research and debate is thwarted by an establishment who accuse dissidents of
biblical creationism. Attacking the Big Bang in 2001 is tantamount to
suggesting a heliocentric solar system in Galileo's days.

If it's free of religious nonsense, this book is must-read.

Neil G.
