For Zigs, the info isn't available elsewhere (appart from being drowned in
the message log). But I understand that some people dislike it, thus an
option is good. I suggest show_no_ctele as the option's name and default to
true.

This info should be moved to the description, but it would be nice to have
it in targeting mode when relevant. Never shown when just e(x)amining
monsters, but when casting or firing, add the relevant resist/vuln to the
status message. So chaotic would only be printed if you're firing with
silver ammo quivered. We can start with just these 2 and expand it later.
Anyone up to code it?
