This will possibly cause a bikeshed discussion, and I don't want that. I 
am fine with the new names. However, I think that Crawl has a knack for 
pseudo-scientific jargon (you can see it in spell names, or descriptions). 
That is why I wouldn't have considered the old names out of place. 
(Alchemy is as pseudo-science as you can get, so no complaints there 
either.)
