Ok, so sounds like we have three proposal for next LGM2009: 1.) singapore : Andy http://create.freedesktop.org/wiki/index.php/Singapore_2009_Proposal
2.) montreal : Louis http://create.freedesktop.org/wiki/index.php/Montreal_2009_Proposal 3.) amsterdam : Adam http://create.freedesktop.org/wiki/index.php/Amsterdam_2009_Proposal There are a few ways we can figure out which one to go with above. What do you all think? 1.) EASIEST: Let the last 3 organizers of LGM's to make the decision and be in complete agreement over the decision for next year. 2.) EASY: We let the above proposals fill out by the proposers and then we can all make comments on the proposals, and decide amongst ourselves where to do the next LGM. Why don't we give a couple of weeks to everyone above to send post up on the wiki a light proposal stating the plan, some generic figures of support. I fleshed out a basic structure for the proposals, but I think good for proposers to take liberty in filling out. We can check back in on the proposals SUN 10/19 ? How does this sound to all? Is the above too complicated and/or place too much strain on this process? I'm hopeful all get a chance to make case, and set me straight if I'm off-point on anything in this email. :) Cheers!
