Here you are only talking about technical accessibility. What about social and cultural accessibility? Wikis and bug trackers aren't enough to make people participate... What I mean is that the Vietnam venue is a chance to touch people who didn't have our opportunity to be introduced to free software -- because no one comes to free software by chance.
