Although I may miss some potential issues about release train build, I'd
like to vote +1 as it's a minor change that doesn't impact API. Only CDO
would need to re-build and be allowed to change its contribution to
Kepler. When done, it seems to me that it's just a matter of running a
new aggregation.
It doesn't seem risky to make such a change as we're still far enough
from release.
