Yes. I have not received any mail from Bugzilla for about 5 hours now
(which is unusual). The last I received was for
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=436372#c40, but there were
2 new comments since on that ticket then and I have not received the
corresponding notifications.
