I'm not sure there's not something else going on. There are at least 4 comments on https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=436372 (where I'm CCed) for which I never received the notifications on my @obeo.fr address. But colleagues at Obeo on the same server tell me they receive the usual amount of mails and did not notice anything (which does not mean they did not miss some messages).
