Although historically Apache httpcomponents is generally pretty good about no regression, we haven't yet tested that there is no breakage in the parts used by ECF. As per Ed's recently reply: I think the next steps with this is to get the latest versions into Orbit so that all the consumers...including ECF...can test for regression with our existing test suite.
