Sure, we can probably do that.

Although, another thought occurs to me -- if Linuxtools is also a consumer
of httpcomponents, (it looks like it consumed indirectly via docker-client)
does anyone mind if I submit CQs via Linuxtools project where I am a
committer and then file PBCQs for ECF afterwards?
