That part should be fine. It's only used as an artifact repository. The metadata repo is in /home/data/httpd/download.eclipse.org/staging/2019-03 together with a compositeArtifacts.jar that includes the aggregate. However, there are two things fishy with the compositeArtifacts.jar: 1. It contains this child, which is obviously wrong: <child location='file:/home/data/httpd/download.eclipse.org/egit/github/staging/v5.3.0.201903061415-rc1'/> This will probably cause the composite to fail loading, causing the errors you see. 2. I think that composite shouldn't exist in the first place. Before build 354, download.eclipse.org/staging/2019-03 was a plain non-composite repo.
