Thanks for the insight Carsten!

The actual change in commit 2f53a00 was that on line 32 in egit.aggrcon
the attribute 'enabled="false"' was removed, which activated the repository.

@Matthias: Can you either disable the repository or change the
mirrorArtifacts attribute as Carsten suggested?
