Hi, I wouldn't call this a fine link or good coverage. The link efers to an Neon infocenter from 2016/2017. So it's completely outdated. As stated in the bug, the goal is to have the /latest/ links in the Google index and not content from random old versions.
We will try to put redirects in place to avoid confusion and "dead ends".
