I think the main problem isn't supporting Windows per se, but rather the
infrastructure we have in place for Windows (the fact that the Windows
trybots take much longer than the other ones, for example).

Once the non-Windows bots move to either Finland or the US, would it
make the existing Windows bots in PRC run faster?
