Hi there,

Unfortunately, for me it was really hard to understand the intended 
implementation proposal from the doc (left some comments there with 
clarification requirements).

I can add also that API at 
https://developer.tizen.org/dev-guide/2.2.1/org.tizen.web.device.apireference/tizen/application.html
 is really over-complicated. 
Think we might consider partial implementation, and we definitely should have 
an implementation schedule starting with the basic and simplest APIs.

The API you will be implement is quite big so it would be nice with a
detailed plan of steps of implementation as the work will have to be
split up into multiple patches to be accepted
