Thanks for the friendly response :) I didn't know about the spam attack. This sounds like something that jira should fix (captcha + rate limits for new users). It was just frustrating that I couldn't even comment on the jira issues :)
The discover-ability issue is not that bad: I originally searched for "Contact us" or "Support" or "Issues". I could only find "Issues", and that was completely closed for the public. Then I looked at "Documentation" and "Blog" (and some blog articles) for contact options, and couldn't find any. I finally looked at "Contribute" where I found the mailing lists :) I now see that you can also find the mailing lists in FAQ as well :) I've just tried your solution, and it doesn't work, i.e., I can still pull-to-refresh :( I modified my config.xml: https://github.com/yoav-zibin/phonegap-tictactoe/blob/gh-pages/www/config.xml#L134 so now it has: <preference name="xwalkCommandLine" value="--disable-pull-to-refresh-effect" /> <gap:plugin name='org.crosswalk.engine' version='1.3.0' source='pgb' /> Downloaded the APK: https://build.phonegap.com/apps/1742582/install/z9DXxsYfUx-gDxE_wyLZ And I still can pull-to-refresh :( I also asked the phonegap build community, where I got another solution, which also doesn't work: http://community.phonegap.com/nitobi/topics/how-to-disable-pull-to-refresh-on-crosswalk-in-phonegap-build-system Add <param name="XWALK_COMMANDLINE" value="--disable-pull-to-refresh-effect" /> as a child node to the Crosswalk gap:plugin element node. Maybe it's because phonegap build forked the project ( http://phonegap.com/blog/2015/06/16/phonegap-updated-on-build/)?
