Thanks.  Sorry to sound negative, but it seems to me that pretty much every 
single call we lose the first 10 minutes or so due to audio issues, and even 
when it works quite often I find the audio quality poor.  Is there any chance 
of finding a more reliable solution than join.me?  Or have I got the wrong end 
of the stick?

Having this would be a really nice bonus, although such a demo will quickly 
become out of date, so IMHO I think it would be of more lasting value if any 
spare time was first spent on documenting the new architecture.  For example, 
the great info Victor sent out the other day could be turned into real 
documentation, and a couple of simple diagrams explaining how the annealer 
handles node-role state transitions would be very useful in the long-term.  
Actually this could even be done by using a series of HTML tables interspersed 
with text, to show how the states in the node-role matrix change over time 
during an example deployment.
