Ø  Thanks.  Sorry to sound negative, but it seems to me that pretty much every 
single call we lose the first 10 minutes or so due to audio issues, and even 
when it works quite often I find the audio quality poor.  Is there any chance 
of finding a more reliable solution than join.me?  Or have I got the wrong end 
of the stick?

I think that blaming Join.me is miss placed - I think that our call issues are 
caused by not having primary and backups for hosting calls.  I realize that 
"there's always something" but it's not usually the same thing each time.  In 
this case, my home internet went completely 10 minutes before the call started 
and that left me scrambling and I was not able tos setup my normal backup video.

However, I agree Join.me is not ideal.  It's current most workable alternative 
while we actively seek others.
