For the most part, this message pretty much pertains only to those in the Vancouver, BC, Canada area and perhaps to some people along the route between Texas and Vancouver (New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Washington state, etc, etc)...
On June 22, I am beginning a road trip to Vancouver from Texas in my turbo ZC CRX. The weekend of June 29, there is going to be a mini-meet taking place in Vancouver. It has already been discussed on the CRX-Canada mailing list, and I just wanted to let everybody on here know about it in case they didn't already know about it. I'd like to see how many cars we can get out there. Details will be forthcoming, either from myself, Wil McQueen, or Tyson. Just wanted to let everybody know so that they can make themselves available on that Saturday. If you are somewhere along the way on the route from San Antonio, Texas, through Albuquerque, NM, Salt Lake City, UT, Boise, Idaho, and Seattle, Washington (and anything in between), those are some of the major cities I will be passing through. If you want me to drop by and say hello, or have a place I might be able to crash for a night, if necessary, I would be glad to get any contact information for anybody along my route. On my way back, I will be stopping by the Grand Canyon and will be going to Denver/Colorado Springs to climb Pike's Peak in my CRX. May the turbo help me get to 14,110ft with relative ease :-) Hope to meet up with more cool CRX'ers along the way -- I won't be taking much time to stop on my way up to Vancouver, but on the way back, we'll be taking it much easier and will have some time to stop and socialize, get lunch/dinner with any folks that want to meet up, etc...
